For the best way that you have to send your artworks follow these instruccions:

1. Open Adobe Illustrator and create a new document.
2. Design your business card on one layer.
3. Once you've completed the business card design, create a new layer.
4. On the new layer, select only the parts of the design that you want to have UV treatment.
5. Save your file with the two layers separately.

This way, you'll have a file with two layers: one for the full-color design and another for the specific areas you want to have UV treatment.
