For the best way that you have to send your artworks follow these instruccions:

1. Open Adobe Illustrator and create a new document.
2. Design your business card on one layer.
3. Once you've completed the business card design, create a new layer for Foil worx area
4. On the new layer, select only the parts of the design that you want to have Foil worx treatment.
5. Save your file with the layers separately.

This way, you'll have a file with two layers: one for the full-color design and another for the specific areas you want to have Foil Worx treatment.
